CON CINDY CRAWFORD COMO PROTAGONISTA, ZARA LLEVA SU STREAMING DESDE CHINA A EUROPA Inditex, el grupo español de moda fundado por Amacio Ortega, ampliará a los principales mercados del hemisferio occidental su plataforma Zara Streaming, anunció la empresa al dar a conocer sus resultados. La sesión se realizará mañana y será protagonizada por las modelos Cindy Crawford y su hija Kaia Gerber, y contará con la dirección de David Lowery.
“Una iniciativa importante para esta temporada será la llegada en las próximas semanas de nuestra experiencia Zara Streaming a mercados clave, como España, Estados Unidos, Francia, Italia, Alemania, Reino Unido, Irlanda, Países Bajos y Canadá, siguiendo al lanzamiento inicial en el mercado chino en noviembre de 2023. Vamos a continuar extendiendo la experiencia de streaming en nuestras plataformas a otros mercados en los próximos meses”, explicó la compañía en su sitio web. El “Zara streaming” consiste en re-transmisiones en directo de unas cinco horas de duración, que incluyen pasarelas, recorridos por el probador y el área de maquillaje. Este método de venta, conocido como “live shopping”, tiene un peso considerable en las ventas por comercio electrónico en China, según consignó la agencia Europa Press.
Óscar García Maceiras, consejero delegado de la firma, afirmó que el modelo de la empresa “totalmente integrado continúa generando oportunidades de crecimiento rentable en todos los conceptos, regiones y canales”. De acuerdo con las cifras detalladas por Inditex, en el primer semestre del año “el beneficio neto creció un 10,1%, hasta 2.768 millones de euros” (alrededor de 3.000 millones de dólares). La compañía también informó que en el mismo lapso realizó aperturas en 34 mercados. “Al cierre del período, Inditex operaba 5.667 tiendas”, explicaron. Y, junto con lo anterior, la empresa expresó su intención de seguir ampliando sus operaciones.. La modelo Cindy Crawford y su hija Kaia Gerber estarán en el estreno de la plataforma de Zara, cuya matriz
