Con el objetivo de fortalecer el desarrollo regional a través de la formación, la investigación y el trabajo colaborativo con la Comuna de La Higuera y la Región de Coquimbo, la Universidad Central (UCEN) y Andes Iron - Dominga, firmaron este martes 26 de mayo un convenio marco de colaboración.
