SENCE Maule realizó taller participativo en consejo regional de capacitación
el próximo año por medio de la modalidad de Becas Laborales. la invitación de SENCE, muy conforme, “quedé por la sencilla razón que nosotros no estábamos al tanto de muchos programas que se han estado haciendo.
Esto nos abre una puerta a nosotros como agrupación de discapaci-tados para poder postular a proyectos, a capacitaciones, ya que como todos saben es difícil encontrar trabajo a las personas con discapacidad; apostamos a trabajar en forma independiente. Estuve viendo que capacitaciones lashay y opté por el cuero, porque es una artesanía que se puede trabajar en conjunto. Estoy muy contento, agradecido, y llano a seguir recibiendo invitaciones para trabajar por las personas en situación de discapacidad”, concluyó.
En el salón auditorio del Regional Maule se dieron cita más 60 personas de orgay del Gobierno de sindicatos, representantes de OMIL, Observatorio Lade SENCE, quienes participaron activamente del taller convocado por el Consejo Regional de Capacitación para nizaciones red la y funcionarios boral (CRC) que tipo de capacitaciones se levantarán el próximo año por medio del programa Becas Laborales, financiados por el GORE. “Necesitamos profundizar en las necesidades efectivas de la capacitación desde el ámbito desde consensuar conocer, local, la comuna, desde el territorio, conocer sus diferencias, sus potencialidades, conocer cómo podemos vincularlas entre ellas.
Esto lo hemos realizado en un proceso ampliamente participativo de trabajo junto al Gobierno Regional del Maule, SENCE, las municipalidades, y organizaciones de la sociedad civil” señaló el director regional (s) del SENCE, Oscar Morales Mejías, Agregó que “este es un hito muy relevante en la descentralización de SENCE, por ello estamos llevando a cabo un trabajo mancomunado”. Por su parte, la Seremi del Trabajo y Previsión Social, Maribel RetaTorrealba mal, quien encabezó la jornada dijo que “hubo una muy buena convocatoria, tuvimos actores de diferentes puntos de la región del Maule”. Explicó que “este taller del Consejo Regional de Capacitación viene a levantar necesidades que surgen dela primera entrada de la comunidad hacia las Omil, también con organizaciones sociales, sindicatos de pescadores y otros diversos sectores.
Finalmente se está haciendo un trapara democratizar bajo las decisiones”. En ese contexto, precisó la Seremi del Trabajo, a agradecer “queremos todos participantes, los porque pudimos recoger esta información que va al Consejo Rea llegar gional, donde los actores y los consejeros van a poder discriminar, ver también que capacitaciones son las que se pueden enfocar para poder llegar a toda la comunidad, que tengan una atingencia comunal, y que permita darle a cada uno lo que realmente necesita para desarrollar su trabajo en la comunidad”. del Entre los asistentes estuvieron mundo social presentes de dirigentes sindicatos de pescadores, del ámbito agrícola, representantes de trabajadores del retail, organizaciones de pueblos originarios y de discapacitados de diferentes puntos de la región, quienes pusieron su sello en las capacitaciones que serán solicitadas y posteriormente pasarán a manos del Consejo Regional para darle la puntada final y se determinen los recursos para su ejecución por medio de becas laborales concursables para el año 2025.
Pablo presidente Acuña, de la Asociación de DisLinares capacitados de (ADALD), fue uno de los dirigentes que participó en este taller, quien agradeció. - A la actividad concurrieron organizaciones sociales y sindicales, quienes junto a las OMIL de los municipios y funcionarios del servicio levantaron un catastro para determinar qué tipo de cursos se realizarán
