ILC BUSCA ALCANZAR EL 100% DE PROPIEDAD DE BANCO INTERNACIONAL Inversiones La Construcción (ILC), ligada a la Cámara Chilena de la Construcción, busca tener el 100% de propiedad de Banco Internacional. Ayer, la matriz de AFP Habitat, Confuturo, RedSalud, Consalud y Vida Cámara, anunció que llegó a un acuerdo con Baninter SpA para adquirir el 10,9% de acciones de Banco Internacional. Con esta compra, alcanzaría el 78,1% de propiedad de la institución financiera. La transacción también incluye la adquisición de un 11% de Factoring Baninter. ILC señaló que Baninter le otorgó opciones para la compra del remanente de las acciones tanto de Banco Internacional como del factoring. Si se ejercieran estas opciones de compra, ILC pasaría a controlar, indirectamente, al menos el 99,8% del banco y el 100% del factoring en tres años.
